Biography 

Brenden Sorensen was born in Phoenix, AZ during June 17th, 1999. He was diagnosed with severe hearing loss not long after birth. Though he has hearing loss, that does not stop his interest in the piano when he was a little boy. He started learning piano around the age of five. As he continued to practice piano, he started to slowly lose his vision. HIs parents started to notice he was running into things more often despite Brenden being used to it. Eventually, he got his vision tested and he was diagnosed with Usher Syndrome Type 2, a rare deaf-blindness disease. 

Brenden Sorensen is an aspiring pianist and composer. He graduated from GCU with a Bachelor’s of Art in Music with an emphasis in piano performance. He is currently 23 years old and continues to perform in varies communities.
